I ordered a 1/4 sheet blizzard cake for my sons party. They had me email a photo and they printed it on the cake. The writing was beautiful and the purple color was perfect. This was my first time ordering and I will let everyone know how easy and awesome this experience was. My son had a great party. Thank you!

I really do wish that i was able to give more than a 5 star 🌟 rating on the service i received earlier this evening from the young man running the drive-through, because before arriving at this DQ i had went to Sheetz, then next door to the Steak and Shake because for some strange reason i was craving a root beer float. And at the other two locations, i was told that since it wasn't on their menu, that they weren't going to be able to make me a root beer float even though they both had the ice cream and root beer needed to make my float. 🤯 But as soon as i pulled in at the Dairy Queen, the young man, when asked if they had root beer floats, said that for you, we could make one, sir. We'll first off. i was surprised by his greeting of being called sir, instead of the usual smart ellick responses when asking for one at the two previous places of dude that's not even on our menu, how could we charge you for it? Secondly, when he handed me my float, i asked him how much more would it cost me to get like a little cup halfway filled with root beer? Because if you don't have extra root beer, all you end up with at the end is just vanilla ice cream. He said that the little extra root beer was on him, and he returned within 30 seconds with my additional root beer. So, for just speaking respectfully to people and not like Westside Trash, i wish i could give him a 10 star rating. Also, i went inside to wash my hands before leaving, and the store was clean and being mopped by another respectful young lady. So keep up the great service, and PS my float was awesome as well.

I had a terrible experience at this Dairy Queen. When I walked in, there were a bunch of teenagers behind the counter messing around and doing absolutely nothing. To make matters worse, the environment and behavior behind the counter were unsanitary — completely unacceptable for any food establishment.My order was completely messed up, and when I tried to fix it, one of the workers casually asked, “Did you order yet?” — like they weren’t even paying attention. Then they threw together some sloppy, gross-looking food and handed it over without any care.This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Management clearly needs to step in and clean house, because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be happening anywhere — let alone at a place that serves food.

GEORGESVILLE Square location. I don’t know if it’s like this every day. However, I was in there today and ordered two regular hot fudge sundaes they were supposed to be the same, but one was twice as large as the other. Also, there wasn’t enough hot fudge between the two of them to fill a thimble. That is no exaggeration.Also, they gave no option for whipped cream or anything else on it. There were only four cars in line so I know it was not because they were too busy to do it right.

This location has literally gone into the dumpster within the past year. I don’t even know if an adult works here or if the manager just doesn’t care. The past 4 times I’ve gone here, my order has been completely messed up. I tried to give it another chance, but today was the last straw.1. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me Brownie.2. Ordered a chicken strip basket — waited 10 minutes at the window, only to get it and everything was ice cold. Meanwhile, they were just goofing off behind the counter.3. Ordered a Heath Cupfection — they gave me a Heath Blizzard.4. Ordered 2 Superman Blizzards — they gave me two Blizzard cups with plain vanilla ice cream.At this point, the constant mistakes feel intentional. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location closes down like the movie theater and O’Charley’s.
