Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Reviews
So I decided to stop in here at 1:30 pm on Tuesday to get an ice cream cone. I’ll admit It’s been a while since I’ve been to a DQ so I couldn’t remember how they do their sizing. So when she asked me what size I asked for two scoops. I kind of forgot that they do soft serve so they don’t scoop it out. So after snipping an attitude with me a little bit while saying that through the speaker, they then proceed to mock me because they don’t think I can hear them through the still open drive-through window. if you’re going to insult your customer base, make sure they can’t hear you. I mean is it too much to ask to be treated with kindness and respect? At least the guy at the window was nice.
Jun 24, 2025 · Gregory StancourtIf you go in the summer don't expect A/C they had a couple fans running and the thermostat read 91 degrees! The poor girls need to work in that heat and I can only imagine the heat in the kitchen.. I asked if they planned on fixing the A/C and she said "no they don't want to pay for it. Kinda sad, it's a small town and gets plenty of business.
Jun 23, 2025 · Dose 999Ordered a misty freeze (slush with ice cream mixed in), never ordered a misty slush a day in my life, get to the window & they have me a slush. They took my card, paid me out, then handed me my drink carrier. When they handed me the food, I asked politely to have the drink corrected. “I’m sorry to inconvenience you but I wanted a misty freeze like with the ice cream in it, is it possible to fix it and mix ice cream in it” and the reply I got from a manager (blue shirt) was “no I already cashed you out, sorry” ??? Okay maybe let’s not cash people out until you make sure you get the order correct then. Or maybe have your people double check their work at the drive thru? Not only is the order always wrong for us in some fashion, but now they won’t do add-ins at the window, or fix their mistakes. (Week before that they forgot my side of cheesecake bites & refused to give it to me at the window bc it was an “add on”, yeah at your drive thru speaker?) logic and good attitudes are lacking here
Apr 26, 2025 · Katelyn MelottI went to Dairy Queen at 4263 Lancaster Ave. in Obetz and had the WORST service I've ever encountered at any Dairy Queen!!!The staff was unfriendly, lazy and rude!!!!A young man was making ice cream cones and while doing so was resting his head on the ice cream machine?.?.?I had ordered a large Buzzard and the young lady handed it to me and the cup was ripped from mixing it so I mentioned it to her and she boldly grabbed the cup then went to make a new one when all she would have to do is get another cup to put under it. But she made another one and slammed it down then pushed it to me and this one too was ripped from mixing it again.?.?.?.What is wrong with customer service these days!?!?!?A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!Also, nothing better than copy paste when DQ family relations team replies to one's disappointment 😞
Mar 22, 2025 · Laura EvansHave not had an issue with this location until today. Attempted to utilize the .85 cent blizzard coupon at drive thru window but was met by an unpleasant employee who stated “we don’t have a scanner for that”. When I stated there was a code type-in option, I was met with another excuse that “our registers are from the 1980s” and the discount was refused. In addition the drive thru wait times were astronomically elevated during this visit. Save yourself and visit a different location.
