Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Reviews
I've been here once. The toast was burnt, and there was a little gift on my chicken. A short, curly black hair. I don't want to know where it came from. No hairnets or beard nets at this location?
Jun 13, 2025 · shaka360This used to be a nice late night bite to eat and snack for me, but this last time hasn't been the greatest. I understand it gets busy with many factors involved, but I paid $18 for my food tonight and at first was only given my drink, blizzard, and one chili dog out of the bag. I asked where's the rest of my food, there was some confusion which I can understand and was cool about, but it took a sec to understand what I was talking about since I didn't get a receipt option. I got the rest of my food and got home. I look in the bag, my chili dog is put inside the bag so all the chili falls to one side and it didn't have any cheese on it. My other hot dog which was given to me by itself at first, looked like an afterthought or something someone else didn't want with a couple pieces of shredded cheese, and a bonus random piece of lettuce on top. I'm over the chili dogs at this point, and throw out half my order. I start eating my fries, and when I look at the corner of the fry box, there's random ketchup smeared and I didn't get or use any sauce. I ended up only drinking my soda and eating my half melted blizzard. If it wasn't so late and busy, I would've went back for a refund. Very upsetting experience.Update: Don't bother complaining. They give you some bot DQ link to contact. Only way to contact is by calling. If they did all this for service, think they care about your upset phone call? Not a good system.
Jul 29, 2025 · Marcus StewardI think it’s strange that the combo meals don’t include drinks. Upcharging for a shake/Blizzard makes sense, but it’s weird to me that they don’t include a soda. If that’s how they do it, that’s fine, but it’s the first time I think I’ve been to a fast food place where the drink is a separate part of the combo, so I was a bit surprised when we got the total. The soda that we paid almost 3 bucks for was mostly ice, and the Blizzard was poorly blended. The rest of the food was pretty good at least. Service was okay. They were busy, so I didn’t expect much. They were quick and efficient.
Mar 15, 2025 · M. Lillie MooreA tale (mostly) in two pictures. My significant other and I were thinking of having chili dogs earlier today and thought I could quickly eat at DQ before an event I had to be at 7 PM.So we went to go order some chili dog meals from Dairy Queen. However, when we ordered at the old looking speaker, I was told that they no longer have meals for chili cheese dogs. No problem.Originally I was thinking I was making the simplest order ever. 2 Chili Cheese dogs, 2 Regular fries, 2 Diet Cokes, and 2 mini Reese's Blizzard. I made this order and was told I'd be given the price at the window. I made a poor decision to look at the board again as I passed, because I saw Exhibit A. While they just gave a flat "No." when I asked if they had meals for chili cheese dogs, I saw the 7 dollar meal deal as we passed.I thought to just bring up about the 7 dollar meal deal because I figured maybe not too many people ordered the chili cheese dog combo and maybe they just said no because they were just annoyed with the question. So after I got to the window, I asked again because I had mentioned that the speaker hidden the Chili Cheese dog option under their 7 dollar combo, and they just said they no longer have this.Cursed with the knowledge now that this was 7 dollars before for basically each meal we ordered, I was hit with Exhibit B. 24 dollars for most of what we ordered (except for a second fry, which was neither rung up or given), when all but two of those items would have been around 14 dollars before. At this point, I was just like whatever and paid the 24 dollars, but upon seeing that despite saying 2 of each thing as I ordered it, I just resigned myself to a crappy quick dinner where I had a sad looking chili dog and half melted blizzard before going to where I had to go.Not the first time I've had blunt service that clearly didn't care, but this will probably be my last because this just reeks of leadership not caring about making sure signs are up to date, and probably also burning the hell out of their employees because they just seemed like they didn't care.Edit: I realized today that it's an $8.19 meal... Nevertheless, it still conflicts with the answer of "no chili dog combo". This goes to show how difficult it was to see if they even had a combo, I couldn't see this part of the sign until I pulled forward a little.
Feb 28, 2025 · Josh MeneghelloI used to work at Dairy Queen and was trained to fill the Blizzard to the rim. The last few Blizzards I ordered were consistently under served, in my opinion. With prices rising, going to this DQ isn't worth it anymore.
