Except for the tortilla chips, the two tacos and salsa were disappointing. Dirty Taco, located in the lower ground floor of the Grand Central Station, has been open for one and a half years. It's quite possible that commuters and visitors stop by to have something here. Yesterday I didn't want to have my usual picks so came here for tacos. I chose a pork carnita and a pork belly taco. Plus chips and salsa. When I opened the bag to stand and eat at a table the plate had juice all over which had made the tortillas soggy. The fillings were not flavorful. I didn't care for the salsa either. This was a waste of $17+change. - Sabena Singh

Despite some mixed reviews, the consensus from many patrons is that the food delivers an unexpected and powerful punch of flavor. The most celebrated item is undoubtedly the tacos, particularly the Pork Belly and Grandma's Korean Steak tacos, which are described as being "undeniable champions." Many customers express regret at not ordering more, a strong indicator of the food's deliciousness and addictive quality. The unique flavor combinations, especially the Korean-inspired steak, set it apart from typical taco joints and demonstrate a creative approach to a beloved dish.
