Fukuryu Ramen Ghost Kitchen Introduce
For residents of Columbus, Ohio, seeking a convenient and high-quality Japanese meal, Fukuryu Ramen Ghost Kitchen offers a unique and modern solution. Located on Harmon Avenue, this establishment operates as a ghost kitchen, a business model that focuses exclusively on online orders for delivery and pickup. This innovative approach allows them to pour all of their resources into crafting delicious food with efficiency, bringing authentic Japanese soul food right to your doorstep. While the experience of picking up from a production facility might feel different from a traditional dine-in restaurant, the focus here is on the food itself, and many customers find the convenience and quality to be well worth it.
The core of the menu is, as the name suggests, ramen. Fukuryu Ramen’s recipes are passed down from generations of ramen chefs from their partner's in Japan, ensuring a level of authenticity that can be hard to find. Their Signature Tonkotsu ramen is a particular highlight, celebrated for its rich, full-bodied, and silky-smooth pork bone broth. It comes topped with tender sliced pork belly, marinated bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, and spring onions, creating a complete and satisfying bowl. The broth is a key component, with one customer noting its quality and the great pork belly that accompanied it. For those who prefer a different flavor profile, there's also a chicken ramen with panko-breaded chicken breast, and for the adventurous, the Red Dragon Ramen, which is their spiciest option with a choice of three heat levels.
Beyond the ramen, Fukuryu offers a variety of other Japanese soul food items. Their Japanese fried chicken, also known as Karaage, is a popular choice. It's described as garlic, ginger, and soy marinated dark meat chicken with a light, crispy breading. While one customer noted that the chicken can be dry on its own, they praised the accompanying sauce, which elevates the dish. Other items like their pork belly buns and fried marinated tofu also provide a taste of authentic Japanese street food. The menu is crafted to ensure the items travel well, making them ideal for the ghost kitchen model.
Fukuryu Ramen Ghost Kitchen is situated at 748 Harmon Ave, Columbus, OH 43223, USA. As a ghost kitchen, it does not have a traditional storefront or a dining area. For local customers, this means you can simply place your order online through a variety of third-party delivery apps and have the food brought directly to you. If you choose the pickup option, you’ll head to the production facility, which, while a different experience from a restaurant, is a seamless process designed for quick and easy transactions.

Fukuryu Ramen Ghost Kitchen Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The ramen was decent, a solid 7/10. Good broth and great pork belly. But they should be absolutely embarrassed to charge $6 for 14 quarter slices of cucumber and a teaspoon of chilis.Good place if you just need something expensive to eat. There are way better places out there though
May 10 · V RubyPicked up from their production facility and it felt a little weird but worked out fine. The fried chicken was different than I’ve ever had. Very lightly breaded so definitely dry without the sauce, but the sauce was great. I got two bao and the pork belly one was pretty dry and chewier than I’ve ever had pork belly before. The shrimp tempura one could’ve used something additional too, maybe a sour addition or crunch. I’ll try their ramen next time.
July 31 · Kumar JensenI ordered food yesterday through the Uber app. I substituted the Ramen for Udon because the ramen sits funny in my stomach. I also put no substitutions for the order. They sent me Ramen anyway and wrote on the paper sold out. If you don’t have it just cancel it.Update: Jeff at Fukuryu Ramen is awesome. He spoke to me and made sure I was good. I’ll still be visiting my favorite location in Dublin!!
August 04 · Chelsy TolliverI recently ordered from Fukurou Ramen, and I must say it was an excellent experience! Though they only offer pick-up, the quality of the food and the efficiency of their service made it absolutely worth it.The ramen was fantastic—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh, well-prepared toppings. Each bite was a treat, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into crafting their dishes. The packaging was thoughtful, keeping everything hot and ensuring the ramen was just as good at home as it would have been fresh from the kitchen. The staff were polite and efficient when I arrived for pick-up, and my order was ready on time, which is always appreciated. If you’re a ramen lover looking for high-quality takeout, I highly recommend Fukurou Ramen! They’ve mastered the art of making their dishes travel well, and I can’t wait to order from them again.
January 18 · Нурбек УсеновI love their food, but I have ordered from here twice in the last 3 nights for delivery and in both both orders, I have received less than half of the food I ordered. After the first time, I had to fight with Uber Eats to get a proper refund for nearly $75 of missing food. Kiddos wanted ramen so we tried again, and this time 3 orders of ramen were sent without any broth. I have no idea what is going on. But after two totally failed meals, I can’t risk ordering from here again, and paying delivery drivers, plus tips, to end up missing meals or parts of meals for multiple people. Total disappointment, because I LOVED this place.
