My wife and I tried Helen‘s Asian kitchen out in person after ordering on GrubHub a few weeks ago. We were thoroughly impressed with the very truly authentic Chinese food. The staff were all friendly, small children were running around laughing and playing, so you know it is a family-run restaurant. Would happily spend my money here, time and time again! 10/10 would recommend!

I am not sure our server’s name the receipt says Cristy . Either way amazing prompt service, great interactions with laughs. The food came out very quickly and at the right temperature not too hot not cold as it shouldn’t be for what we ordered. Very delicious! Authentic, wholesome flavors - a hidden gem for chinese food in Columbus! We came on a quiet Sunday evening and ordered the 小笼包, 干锅花菜， and 红烧肉 and they were simply delicious!! Full of flavor, not too salty, with rich spices and perfectly cooked veggies, and very generous portions. Very thoughtful and attentive service as well. Highly recommend!

The waitress/cook/hostess was the only person in there but me. She was an attentive server. As far as cook. Everything was terrible. The dumplings were clearly frozen then transferred to a cold sauce(before she said that’s what she did I already knew). Microwaved dumplings, then I got my main dish, the amount of salt in the onions and peppers in my pork dish was insane. As a good server she saw I didn’t like my meal, told her why and she said she’d cook it over…she didn’t. She just tried to rinse the vegs and brought me the same overly salted plate. When I say overly salted I mean you could still see the crystals of the salt in every aspect of the dish. She’s a server. Whoever cooks there should be there. This was 6:30 pm on a Thursday. Dinner hours.
