Keep in mind, there is a great Captain D's a couple miles west of here.Strange about their restroom policy at LJS. Just don't make the mistake I did, and try to wash your hands first. I get their concern, but why confrontational? I said I would buy first and they still wouldn't sell to me? Wow. this is Yum Brands. Put receipt-coded locks on the restroom corporate! Employees just can't deal with the situation.

I went to get a replacement order that I was told would be replaced entirely, got there and was told they were only replacing half the order. The manager of Long Johns kept cussing the entire time I was in there and was even cussing with a guy on the drive thru. I've tried reaching out several times to the corporate office and apparently they could care less how their restaurant is ran.
