What is worth choosing
Choosing Lotus Cafe is a decision that requires careful consideration. While the provided menu information presents a tantalizing array of diverse dishes, public reviews suggest a complex customer experience. It is important for a local user in New York to be aware of the full picture. The menu itself, with options like "Lotus Burger," "Tamarind Chicken," and "Korean Spice Rib Eye," indicates a unique fusion of flavors that could be a significant draw for adventurous eaters looking for a change from the usual fare. The presence of a bar also provides a social aspect for those looking to enjoy a drink with their meal. However, customer feedback highlights significant challenges with service, with multiple reviews mentioning rude and inattentive staff, long wait times for food and drinks, and even issues with being moved from a table. One review specifically points out that a friend did not do their research before visiting, suggesting that prospective customers should be well-informed before going. The review also mentions the health grade is "pending," which is a detail that may cause concern for some. In a city with countless dining options, the decision to visit Lotus Cafe might be based on a desire to try the specific menu items that are not available elsewhere. However, it is essential for a customer to weigh the potential for a unique meal against the risk of a poor service experience. For those who value the novelty of a global fusion menu and are willing to overlook potential service issues, Lotus Cafe could be an interesting, albeit risky, choice. For those who prioritize impeccable service, a clean environment, and a consistent experience, the available public data and reviews suggest that a more thorough investigation or an alternative might be a better option.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1GIVING IT A 1 STAR BECOUSE IT WONT LET ME POST THIS WITH PUT CLICKING IT IF NOT IT WOULD OF BEEN A NEGATIVE 5 Bad Service, Staff is very rude and inattentive. Their drinks are bad their Sangria specially test like dirty water and the pitcher where they serve looks dirty is like they just rinse it and don't bother actually washing it. They come and just get you up from your table and tell you it is reserved for that time for someone else WTH I am consuming your are not serving me for free. After a certain time they come and take your chair away and you have to stand for the rest of the evening. They point of you buying bottles is to have a table and chairs not just a table. They take a very long time to bring your food and then is cold. This was my first and last time in this place and I went because I friend did not do the research this Place does not even have a grade It says grade Pending and then they have it in a top corner that unless you look around you cant see it.HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE
February 06 · Jaileen OzoriaHorrible bar service. Multiple people and I waited 30 minutes to 45 minutes at the bar just to be served. There was only one bartender behind the bar which made no sense because it was happy hour and there was an event going on. The bartender was horrible as well because she kept telling us to hold on as she helped other that came to the bar after us. I wouldn't recommend this place.
July 29 · K YUsually empty during the evening hours. Reasonably priced drinks. BIG Turnoffs, very very loud music and overpriced food. Food is pretty good but just priced too high for what you get.
