★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Oh wow!!!The taste of the chicken wings and the chicken drumsticks were just fabulous. The skin is crispy and the meat juicy, the sauce on it nicely strong and spicy. Will definitely come again for the food! And can recommend everyone to go here.
April 23 · YB YavuzVisited twice. Food 10/10, but giving two stars for service because I think they’re trying, but overall, service is horrendous. Super understaffed. Walked in to a sign at the host table stating, ‘Please wait to be seated’, only for us to seat ourselves. No one came to us, greeted us or anything. We ordered their 1/2 and 1/2 chicken and Toppoki. We got our chicken, but the Toppoki took ages to come, we checked in on status and it took even longer — arrived right as we were asking for the check.A server kept coming to our table with menu items we never ordered and a lady, who I believe to be the hostess, was doing 4 jobs at once — hosting, serving, bartending, and waitressing multiple tables at once. She’s also the only one smiling in the restaurant. My boyfriend and I LOVE the food, we’ve recommended this place plenty of times and we’ll be back, but REALLY hoping the service improves.
July 18 · Nkenge BrownAverage Korean fried chicken spot. I prefer Korea town for my korean friend chicken. Food, service, and atmosphere were all average. Not bad but not great either.
April 26 · Jason WongI recently dined at Mad for Chicken in Manhattan, and it was an experience! I can’t leave out the fact that they also serve up a grand feast of seafood looking at their menu! The restaurant specializes in Korean-style fried chicken, and it did kind of disappointed. I ordered the soy garlic chicken, which had the perfect balance of crispy exterior and a hard piece of chicken to bite through. The soy garlic sauce was sweet, savory, and had just the right amount of umami. I also tried their kimchi fries. The service was friendly and efficient. It could have been faster. The atmosphere was a vibe. You can sit outside and watch the game. Whether you’re a fried chicken enthusiast or just looking for something new.Mad for Chicken is definitely worth a visit; but has its flaws!
November 18 · Nicholas Bonano (Nick)⸻So here’s the deal…Seafood? SLAPS. Five stars all day. Fresh, flavorful, worth the trip.Chicken? Meh. It showed up. It tried. It failed. Two stars if I’m generous. But the real drama? The service.What. Is. Going. On?I had to ask for my check FIVE times—yes, FIVE. Not once, not twice… FIVE. And it wasn’t even busy! The place was a ghost town, yet the server walked around like we were invisible. No check-ins. No water. No care. The table next to me? Same disaster. It’s like they were auditioning for a role in “How Not to Serve 101.”So here’s my final word:Seafood? Go for it.Chicken? Skip it.Service? Run. Don’t walk. RUN.Done in. Won’t be back.
