Yesterday afternoon I stopped at this McDonald's randomly to get a drink for my grandson and my daughter. I witnessed an employee (young caucasian male) make a frappe and take his finger and rub it across the top of the lid to get off all of the excess whipped cream. 🤢He flipped it into the machine. When I asked him why he did that and advice him I did not want that drink he threw the drink in the trash with a slam and slapped the whipped cream bottle over until the floor in anger! At that point, I asked for a manager refund. I did not want him making my drink. He didn't have on a uniform and reacted very unprofessional. Another employee refunded me my money and apologize.Today! I called the store to ask for a " SO CALLED" manager a gentleman who would not give me his name BUT asked for my name! How unprofessional his tone demeanor and professionalism was definitely a risk! This is not the first time we have witnessed unprofessional by the staff and employees at the store! And display unclean practices within this store when preparing food. Beware of what you are eating and feeding your families!!

We came through and immediately was greeted by a new employee who clearly seems to be a minor, she was very rude toned. We asked for 2 number 7 meals like we do every time we come in and at first she rang us up for just 2 cheeseburgers. We asked for large diet cokes, she then charged us for one. We said no we would like for them to be meals, she proceeds to make only one meal and charge us for a separate drink. We tell them we wanted 2 meals, and they got upset with us because I said she was not listening properly to us and made me use my code on only one meal and then I was not able to use it again on the second. Which they then charged us for 2 cheeseburgers and a separate fry, so we then had to initially pay for more even though we were trying to get the cheapest option. I then call to complain about her very rude attitude and how she was actively banging our card off of the counter waiting for me to get a second code huffing the entire time and giving us attitude every time she spoke. The manager then lies to me and says he was standing right there and she was not rude. You made us pay more for food when we shouldn’t have had to. And was very rude. We also asked for only 2 of the cheeseburgers to be made ketchup only and they made all 4 of them ketchup only. And two of them have no cheese. Like you guys acted very immature.

So I ordered a big mac meal and ordered no pickles not lettuce no onions and they messed my ordered up 4 times they keep giving it out to other people and the manager was so disrespectful she was cussing at me bc I was upset with them messing my food up so this location needs checked out its disgusting in there the smell is nasty and the workers are all disrespectful so please look into to this kus its not excitable.
