If I could give this place a zero I would. When you pull up to the speaker to place your order and the employee doesn’t welcome you and then when you processed to place your order and she says “I have another car and shuts off the speaker”! RUDE. Customer service isn’t a top priority there.Also when you have a dual drive thru you should NOT be using the menu screen for DT 2 on DT 1! It’s called proper training and stress control.

Made a mobile order and added condiments the little Asian lady proceeded to only give me one packet and told me that I have to come in and pay 25¢ per packet for anything extra. Once going in and pleading my case to the manager "non confrontational" he gave them to me free of charge "like I ordered" then asked me not to ever return to the store. It was like he was hoping that I came in telling just so he could have a reason to not fill my order and tell me not to ever return.

I go order on the mobile app on DoorDash. I ordered a lot of Sauces cause I had a lot of food. I looked to go in my bag because the food came in, I was surprised to see that I only got one sauce and I didn’t get straws in mind you they charge $.25 for one thing of sauce so I lost a good five dollars just in sauces and I will want my money back and I will go over there and fight someone if I have to because I’m already pissed off and I might get in my car right now and start throwing hands

If you want half your order of fries and chicken that taste like fish then this is your McDonalds to go to. I ordered a chicken deluxe meal and paid $9 and it may have been worth $2 if that. Plus I ordered another meal and the pictures are from both boxes of fries as soon as I pulled them out of the bag. Oh and the sweet tea taste like water. No flavor at all. So yeah if you want chicken that taste like fish and half orders of fries go here. I won’t go back.
