I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during the late hours. The staff was unprofessional, yelling at customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, the wait time for orders was excessively long. I understand that working late can be tough, but the service and attitude at this location need serious improvement. Definitely not the kind of experience you'd expect from McDonald's.

The counter seating was dirty upon arrival. I had to grab a roll of brown paper towels bc the napkins dispenser was out. I asked for a clean wash towel bc there should always be a clean towel bucket, but they didn't have any clean towels so I asked for a bottle of cleaning solution. At no point did the woman employee I approached try to clean or get someone else to clean. She let me, the customer clean where we were going to eat. None of the food was fresh. They weren't busy so fresh fries should have been the low bar. Two out of at least 5-6 employees on the front counter had elbows on the counter, cellphones in hand clocking screen time. They forgot one of our Cokes and a small fry so I had to go back up twice to ask for the missing items.
