Does customer service mean anything anymore? Stopped by this location Monday @ 7pm. Got a QP and the burger was burnt. No big deal. While I was choking down my burnt QP the lone dining room employee told me I had to finish up, they were closing soon. It was 7:30. I asked the employee what time they closed? I said 7:30 was an odd closing time. I didn't get an answer to my question. Her response to me was, "I'm trying to clean up. I don't have to explain myself to you."The employee wasn't a teenager, who you might expect some animosity from. Nope, this lady was old enough to have known better. She just didn't care about me one bit.Customer service is a thing of the past. It no longer exists in fast food. I do everything I can to avoid any interaction with fast food employees whenever I order food and I thought I had avoided this unpleasant employee. Unfortunately, she still managed to hit me with a blast of that negative energy I could feel radiating from her when I entered the restaurant. Thank you McDonald's for not confusing the issue for me.Customer service is dead.

The rudest McDonald’s employee ever. I placed my order, showed her the QR code, and she snapped, “Don’t shove your phone in my face! Just give me the code!” I walked out—never dining here again!

They are ALWAYS Slow and often out of things. Why can't you just put up a sign or get technology where you can cross out the items you don't have like the carmel for the carmel frappe instead of making a person wait while you do who knows what. Then finally after waiting for awhile they take your order, let you pull up and wait more to THEN tell you they are out of what you ordered and ask of you want a different version of the ONLY thing you ordered then acted super confused when you answered pissed off "NO justbcancelnmy order! " This is starting to be a common theme at fast food places. When I worked at one as a teen we would call the other locations nearby and barrow some from them and then order extra the next order.

Do NOT come here in early mornings. Only one, maybe two employees trying to service the store.. they don't close one of the two drive-thrus so you get skipped instead of the order you arrived. Has happened too often now and it's always the same person at the window. (Hence MAYBE two employees)

When someone is paying for their food and you’re already overcharging for a burger maybe you can do your job and make the food fresh.
