Came for chicken nuggets for lunch time. I recommend to download the app. They have promotion everyday and you can accumulate points on all the purchase.I ordered through the app. Prob waited for 10 mins until they call my number. I’m a bit of a cheap guy, so I love a good deal and that McDonald’s app is full of good deals. I place a mobile order here pretty often and every time I go to pick up my food I’m always greeted with kindness and speedy service. They seem to know me by name now and I’ll blame that on the BOGO breakfast deal the app has. $3.49 for 2 chicken McGriddles? Heck yeah

The food is always fine. Great location, usually a few seats, and a bathroom.For me its the staff.I've been here over 100 times and its always the same employees. They, (by they I mean same 2-3 employees) Always have an attitude, seem mad and are consistently rude. One is a lady manager and the other girl is usually on expo. Next time I'm putting names with the review.Its always something. Today's visit i ordered mobile and paid for extra sauce so I won't have to deal with them. I could just get my order and go. The sauce i paid for was not in the bag so I asked, she ignored me, at least twice. Eventually just getting it but with a Whole attitude. Everytime we are here. Its horrible like I'd almost just rather with up the block. Why should my family have to inconvenience ourselves because they wont put kindness first. I love this location since the renovation but they need to fix the attitudes on floor, hard to acknowledge there's a problem though when management is a part of the problem. Now what. They ain't what mcdonalds stands for. It should be a happy place. Disappointed customer here.

Instead of working, they play on their phones, all while wearing work gloves, and then proceed to prepare food. The bun on the Big Mac was mixed up, and instead of a large glass, they poured half a glass of coffee. When I asked for a remake of the coffee, the employee grumbled and was indignant. The order in the package was assembled upside down, and to add to the frustration, the toilet is closed to the public. When I inquired why, the response was rude and incomprehensible. Instead of addressing my question about the closed toilet directly, the employee simply walked past me, muttering something incomprehensible under her breath. I believe the first step should be to replace their manager. It's crucial for these employees to receive proper training in both work duties and client communication. If they are unwilling to learn, then they should be dismissed. In a word, this is the worst McDonald's service I've ever encountered.

Absolutely filthy. Every table in sight was covered in crumbs, grease, and trash. The ordering process was easy, thanks to the kiosks along the right hand wall, but pickup was chaotic.
