This has to be the WORST mc donalds. Took about 10 minutes to wait on my mobile order at the spot when i placed it 10 minutes in advance . I wonder why when you have workers face timing on the phone and another on the phone & another bringing her kid to work.

This place has gotten worse, if it's possible!!! To give you an example of how bad this place is...I walk in and there are at least 8 people waiting to place their orders. There are NO employees standing by the cash registers. Instead, there are about 5 employees talking to each other. I announced/requested "Can someone take our orders?" One employee looked at me and smiled, but resumed her conversation with the other 4 employees. Again, I make the same announcement/request, this time not even an acknowledgement from any of the 5 employees that are standing right behind the counter. The 8 or so customers are all nodding their heads up and down both times I make the request for someone to take our orders. I looked towards the back and saw at least 6 more employees working at various stations. Fed up, I walked out and got pizza instead. I would NEVER take anyone here to eat!!!!

This is why they need staff cleaning repeatedly. Homeless coming in with dirty cups and nobody cleans or wipes after them. That bathroom is rarely cleaned and all the stuff that happens in there is mind blowing.

"Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The wait time was unacceptably long - I'm talking way beyond what you'd expect even during busy periods. The staff seemed disorganized and there was no communication about delays or what was causing the holdup.For a fast food restaurant, this was the opposite of fast. I've been to many McDonald's locations and this was by far the worst service I've experienced. Very disappointed. For the past several years I have been receiving $2 off of either a medical or large Frappe. I would almost get a Frappe every day because I paid just over $2 in the app with the discount. It seems I do not get $2 off anymore. I get a BOGO offer instead. Well, I DON'T NEED TWO. So I stopped getting them, and therefore, I hardly visit McDonalds now. Shout out to the workers at the Dykeman McDonalds. The manager must be very good because that place is always busy and the staff are on the young side but they are professionals and such a pleasure. Great job! Thank you!!
