★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I visited New York and had lunch at this spot. I was lowkey nervous about eating in NY, but the place was super clean and the food was really good. I especially loved the garlic sauce SO good! Even though it was very busy, I was able to order quickly.I forgot to add something to my order, and the manager Elsa was kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stop by again next time I’m in town.
August 06 · Emilia NI’m in the area a lot and love to come here for my protein needs. Staff is always really warm to me and I’m around enough that they recognize me. Definitely place of comfort for me.
August 25 · Kevin Zhou#1Consistency in portion sizes — especially with the rice. weekend staff are generous & heavy-handed. They serve plates with Love. And I love that! But during the week? Not so much. I understand there’s a bigger crowd to feed, but the weekday staff barely fills the rice scooper at all. it’s not even half a rice scoop, and only do ONE scoop. When I ask for more, they give what feels like a sprinkle of extra grains. It’s crazy! That food is too expensive for them to be stingy like that. Paying anywhere between $14 - $18 for a plate to be skimpy with the portions, especially the rice and protein like the chicken. Oh, the chicken portions is sad. Put more rice & chicken on those plates please! The food is delicious and pricy. Balance that out please.#2 Please add spoons to the utensil selection.I get that most of the food doesn’t technically require a spoon, but I personally love eating my rice with a spoon. it just makes it easier to scoop up a nice, satisfying mouthful. It’s a small touch, but it would go a long way.Thank you for adding better napkins. Much appreciated! The ones they had when they first opened / grand opening felt like sand paper. All in all, Naya is great! Its appreciated when they listen to feedback and that, they do!Get some spoons and a full scoops of rice and you'll be good to go!
July 12 · Cons umerThe employees are rude and need’s to learn customer service. If they’re having a bad day at least fake it until you get off! The hospital workers are most of your customers at least be nice to all people. This attitude has happened more than once and this is why I’m leaving a review and it’s the same guy and older lady who has the attitude!
July 28 · Ne NeeThis location is take out only. They provide a table outside the store, so hope for good weather…Food is good.
