I simply asked for a smaller coconut layer since many people don’t actually like açaí itself, but rather the toppings that come with it. I personally like your açaí, which is why I always ask for a small layer. But I was met with a blunt response: “If you ordered through the app, don’t make changes or talk to us. Just sit and wait for what we’re preparing.” That’s surreal. It’s a shame. I’ll continue to be a customer because I like the brand. But you keep insisting on losing customers.
