very bad service from doordash my pizzas were ready and 2 hours later they didn't arrive I had to go to the store for my surprise pizzas the pizzas were ready but it was not good out of 6 that I ordered 3 specials one was burnt another did not have what I ordered one good and the other 3 were good the service was very bad only one person working there serving and preparing the other people upset because they weren't served quickly another one was smoking outside for 15 minutes aaaa but doordash charged 5 dollars and didn't bring me anything because I had to go get it myself it never arrived I waited for 2 hours my order 9:pm and 11:15 pm it didn't arrive 😡😡 bad service always happens. al there ??????

Pizza came an hour late (I understand it was Friday so I won't hold this against them), part of it stuck to the box, and it wasn't as tasty as it used to be. The delivery person had his fly down, his tongue out for some unknown reason, and was unprofessional which completely ruined my appetite. Won't be ordering from here again.

Going on over an hour waiting for pizza to be delivered I’m a truck driver so I chose delivery since I’m stuck at the truck stop. Placed order close to at 10:50pm currently 12:10am don’t order from here they should close this location with all these one star reviews. Can’t cancel order since no one will pick up phone at store goes straight to hold. Definitely will not be ordering here anymore at any Papa John’s if this is how their service is

First I want to say the food tasted good. No issues there. It was cooked well. My issue was I ordered my food just before 11:30 am and was told 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t even started. Took another 25 minutes. Since I was ordering it for some employees, it through some things off. Second, after getting to the job and opening the boxes, they gave me two extra large cheese and not the Shaq a roni’s that I had ordered and paid for. Again, the food was made well, but not correctly.

Ordered at 6:00 p.m. arrived at 10:07. Then acted surprised when I didn't want it. Seems like they contracted out everything other than making the pizza. How's that working out for ya not very good with a 2.9 rating
