I've only ordered in from Potbelly, but I LOVE their food! Only complaint, and it is minor, is that when they pack their to-go or delivery orders, put the pickle in a plastic bag - not wrapped in paper! Otherwise, the pickle juice leaks everywhere. Love the sandwiches, and their mac and cheese!!

This is one of the worst customer service chain of potbelly. Employees serving customers think they are doing some charity. They expect customers to be fully aware of how to order and any question or confusion is met with the rudest response.. Crystal and other guy taking the order in the 1st bay were the absolute worst of worst dealing with customers..never recommend this store to anyone

I must begin this review by emphasizing that our experience at Potbelly was so disheartening that we couldn't even bring ourselves to complete our order. Despite hearing rave reviews from locals about Potbelly's delectable sandwiches , our visit to the NYC location left us utterly disappointed.Upon entering, we immediately proceeded to place our order, only to be met with an atmosphere of indifference from the staff. We patiently waited for what felt like an eternity as they casually chatted amongst themselves, oblivious to us. This initial disregard for customer service should have served as a warning sign, but we pressed on, eager to eat!As we attempted to customize our sandwiches, my fiancé inquired about certain toppings, only to be met with impatience and rudeness from the staff member, who repeatedly urged us to move along to the toppings stations with an exasperated tone. His dismissive attitude was jarring, and when he loudly complained about us bothering him, it was the final straw.Exchanging a glance of mutual understanding, my fiancé and I made the unanimous decision to abandon our order and leave the establishment. It was a disappointing realization that basic manners seemed to be lacking in the fast-paced hustle of NYC. Being the only people in the restaurant, this lack of courtesy was particularly glaring, serving as a clear indication that the food and service at Potbelly were not worth our time or money.We promptly decided to seek out food options elsewhere.

Rude employees!!! Walked in at 7:50pm and exact words out of the employees mouth, "Am I not closing in 10 minutes," so we left and will never visit any Potbelly again.
