Pronto Pizza is perfectly situated at 114 Liberty St, placing it in a highly convenient and frequented area of Lower Manhattan. Its location is a major advantage, as it is just a stone's throw away from the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and the World Trade Center. This makes it an ideal spot for a quick and satisfying meal for tourists and visitors to these iconic landmarks. The area is easily accessible by public transportation, with several subway stations and bus stops within walking distance. While the establishment may have a smaller footprint, it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. One customer review specifically noted the ample seating, with additional space upstairs, which is great for accommodating large crowds. The close proximity to important sites also lends a unique, reflective quality to the dining experience, as noted by a visitor who appreciated the restaurant's respectful display of a flag from the day of the 9/11 attacks.
Pronto Pizza offers a variety of service options designed for speed and convenience, fitting the fast-paced New York lifestyle.
Dine-in: The restaurant provides a casual, no-frills setting for dining in. Customers can enjoy their meal at one of the many tables, with the convenience of extra seating upstairs to handle crowds during peak hours.

When considering a dining option in the Financial District, Pronto Pizza is a solid choice, especially for those craving a classic, no-fuss meal. The positive reviews highlight the quality of the food and the overall experience. One customer's family trip to the city was made better by their lunch at Pronto, where they praised the pizza for being "crispy, flavorful, and large." The variety of pizzas, with a "wide variety of types," made it a challenge to choose just one, and the family’s decision to share small pieces of each pie proved that "every single bite of every pizza we ordered was good." This shows the consistency and quality across their offerings. The review also pointed out the quality of the crust, which was described as "just enough, nicely crispy and loaded with toppings." Even the dessert, a cheesecake, was a pleasant surprise, leaving the customer thoroughly impressed.
However, it is essential to address some of the negative feedback to provide a complete and honest overview. One review from a customer in a wheelchair, who was trying to use the outdoor seating, pointed out a significant issue with the restaurant’s accessibility and staff's attitude. The review stated that the restaurant "falsely claims to be wheelchair accessible" and that the owner's response was "rude." This is a serious concern, particularly for a business in a major city that should be welcoming to all. While the restaurant may offer great food, this incident indicates a potential for a poor customer service experience, especially for individuals with disabilities. Another customer noted a "mismatch between the prices advertised and what we were charged" and found the food "average" for the price. This suggests a potential inconsistency in both pricing transparency and food quality, although it contradicts the overwhelmingly positive food reviews.
In conclusion, Pronto Pizza is a well-established and popular spot for a quick, delicious, and classic New York-style meal. The high praise for its food, from the pizza to the dessert, and the efficient service are strong reasons to visit. The restaurant's connection to the local community and its proximity to major landmarks make it a convenient stop. While some customers have experienced issues with accessibility and pricing, the general consensus is that Pronto Pizza is a reliable and satisfying option for anyone seeking classic Italian-American comfort food in the heart of the Financial District.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My family and I stopped in here for lunch while in NYC for lunch. We had heard great things and decided to try.The pizza was crispy, flavorful, and large! We dined inside, which was a nice atmosphere. There is plenty of seating for large crowds. There's additional seating upstairs as well.On the tables there is parmesan, red chili flakes and oregano to top your pizza with. The pizzas were beautifully displayed and crisped in the oven then served to you.The crust was just enough, nicely crispy and loaded with toppings. There were a wide variety of types of pizzas available, and it was a hard choice to choose just one. Each person in our family tried a different pizza, we cut off a small piece of our own to share with each other. Every single bite of every pizza we ordered was good. It was all so good we decided to try their cheesecake and damn it was even better! This place is close to the 9/11 pools and memorial, they had a picture and im assuming an America flag that flew the day of the attacks, they displayed both proudly and respectfully. It was touching to see and allowed us to stop to take a moment to pause and reflect before we ate.The staff was very nice and quick with our order. We would definitely recommend trying this place. It was a delicious addition to our NYC trip.
July 03 · Adventure AwaitsFalsely claims to be wheelchair accessible. We arrived thinking it would be wheelchair accessible due to the signs outside. After bringing this up with staff bluntly said they aren’t accessible and don’t have a ramp but they put a table and chairs outside for us. 2 minutes after buying our food another the owner comes out and says we can’t stay as it’s ’not legal’. After telling him another staff member allowed us to sit he rudely says we can only stay for 20 minutes. We ended up getting up and leaving due to the attitude and lack of respect shown. The quality of food was average but didn’t reflect the prices they charge, and there seemed to be a mismatch between the prices advertised and what we were charged.
July 24 · Hasnain AlibhaiWe ate here after visiting the 9/11 Memorial. Staff were so kind, and food was amazing! Prices were reasonable with huge portions. I recommend!
July 02 · Erica GonzalezGood pizza right next to World Trade Center. Large cheese pie and a drink was $38
May 11 · Abraham Rajput1st night in NY and we wanted something quick for dinner near our hotel. Pizzas were great but the staff really needs to smile or welcome the guests. Remember there are too many pizza places in NY so a hello will not hurt.Pizzas were good but I am not too sure about the facilities as rest of the place did not look that clean. I am not sure on the bill either compared to the prices advertised but did not say anything as was tired/jet lagged.
