When you walk into Raising Cane's, you're not just getting fast food; you're getting a culinary experience built on a single, perfected idea. The menu is simple, but the quality is unmatched. The star of the show, the chicken finger, is a true standout. Fried to a golden crisp and always tender and juicy on the inside, it’s a far cry from the processed chicken you might find elsewhere. Paired with the signature Cane's Sauce, a tangy and slightly sweet concoction that complements the chicken perfectly, it's a flavor combination that keeps customers coming back.
The sides are just as thoughtfully prepared. The crinkle-cut fries are perfectly salted, and the Texas toast is thick, buttery, and grilled to perfection. The coleslaw provides a refreshing crunch, balancing the richness of the chicken and fries. The combos are a great value, particularly "The Box Combo" and "The 3 Finger Combo," which offer a complete and satisfying meal. For larger groups or families, the "25 Fingers" option is a fantastic choice, ensuring everyone gets to enjoy their fill.
But the experience at Raising Cane's is about more than just the food. It’s about the culture. The staff, known as "Caniacs," are praised by customers for their friendly, positive energy. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of, from offering refills on drinks to simply sharing a smile. This consistent level of service, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, makes Raising Cane's a truly unique and worthwhile choice in the competitive New York City dining scene. It's a place where simplicity and quality triumph, creating a loyal fanbase one chicken finger at a time. Whether you're a long-time fan or just curious, this spot offers a consistently excellent experience that proves why less is truly more.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is fantastic! The chicken fingers and fries are always served hot and fresh, and they are absolutely delicious. You can tell they make everything to order. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. They are always so full of bright, positive energy that it makes the whole experience even better. They're also super helpful; they make sure to go to every table to let you know that drinks are refillable.I highly recommend The 3 Finger Combo – it's the perfect meal. I'll definitely be back again and again!
August 15 · john smithRAISING CANE is the coolest place ever. I learned about Raising Cane from a ten year old on a car drive down the 295 towards Washington DC. The kiddo wanted to go to this Raising Cane she learned about on TIK TOK. With my focus being on the driving, I said to her "well, if you get us there, we will go." And she said "I dont know how to do that." Trust a kiddo and Tik Tok, together we did it. I guided her how to search online for a Raising Cane, how to hit directions and we did it, I mean she did it, guiding me, the driver, seamlessly, to an amazing epicurean adventure induction in to the Culture of Raising Cane. That was our first Raising Cane experience, in Maryland, setting us off in to an adventure of Cane consistency as we continue to experience as I continue to experience. So one of my trips to NYC but not by car, I was navigating Penn Station when I came up from the trains and AHHHHHHHH there was a Raising Cane. There was no other choice for me but to head to Raising Cane to pick up two dinners (minus the drinks) before heading to the kiddos place. The consistency of Raising Cane was extraordinary. Love the fingers. Love the staff. Even cooler, for me as an ex NY'r is they placed a train board INSIDE THE RESTAURANT. Amazingly amazing. Way cool, way done. The only thing you can do better is to reward the kiddo who brought me to your restaurant chain and fandom. Hmmmmm she is an amazing 10 year old baseball player who made it to the Majors!!!What an amazing place with the most exquisite of food. What an amazing ambassador for Cane on TIK TOK!!!! A perfect Raising Cane poster girl!!!!!! especially when the Savanah Banana's come to New York City town.Great minds think alike.....woo hoo! Oh, I live in another state so I would be unable to go when the Banana's take on the Big Apple but I would be sooooooooooooooooooo proud to wear a Raising Cane jacket here where I am wherever I go!!!!!
July 02 · Carrie DevorahThe chicken was juicy and fries were delicious — I can tell their oil was fresh, no bitter after taste like shake shack’s. Freshly fried, derived hot, not dried out under heating lamp. It’s better than many places but wasn’t like knock-your-socks-off kinda amazing in terms of flavor. The sauce was delicious to dip with. Place is always crowded with very limited seating. Great location tho if you traveling through Penn Station.I would come back for sure!
April 14 · Zhendong ZhaoLocated in the Penn Station corridor between the 123/ACE lines near the 33rd Street/7th Ave escalator entry, this Raising Cane's is busy. A lot of folks coming through and orders snapped up quickly. They could use a board with the digital names popping up instead of people shouting over the noise.Chicken was moist and smaller than other chicken strips I've had (at about $2.50 a strip, too, a la carte), l would say it's also not too flavorful - missing the Southern spices I would get from KFC or Popeye's. The slice of texas toast was ok, but very small compared with what I would get in the South like Mississippi. Hardly Texas-sized. The unsweetened iced tea was ok - will try sweet tea next time.Nicely, the restaurant had a board with the upcoming trains for LIRR but not NJT.
May 08 · Hank ChangTried the three finger combo, the Texas toast bread is a basic brioche not much to say about it, the chicken tenders are a typical tender. They are very very salty, and the fries were soft not crispy basically like a typical crinkle cut and they were also a bit overly salty. It’s a decent portion for a decent price but not as delicious as it’s hyped up to be. Pretty average fast food. The canes sauce is okay. It’s definitely a bit bland (not spicy like i’ve heard some people say). It’s like watered down ketchup with a bit of mayo. Not sure what it’s made with but in summary it’s like a sweet/creamy/plain ketchup very basic. None of the meal is bad, just not as delicious as anticipated after seeing it go viral with so many good reviews. I had a lemonade with my meal which is refreshing after all the salt in the meal, but every time I took a bite I felt like I needed a sip due to the salt so the drink didn’t last the whole meal, had to buy some water after which is fine but usually a meal is not so salty that you’d need two drinks. I’ve tried different locations a few times and they are the same.
