It took 3 minutes or less to order food. Sat in my car for 22 minutes waiting for it. Only 2 people in the building. One taking orders and ALSO making food. The other making food. My order was being cooked upon my ordering it. There are not enough people working here and not surprised that it took so long. I'm sure making it as I ordered was to keep cost down however, fries soggy and sandwiches looked/tasted older than fresh. 22 minutes folks. Paid 41.00 for long wait and food I'm sure was done before I received it. I was only car in line but more showed up shortly after and their order being taken while mine sat. It's not employees fault but, Rally's....hire more and do BETTER.

Rally's on Georgesville Rd in Columbus, OH should be ashamed of their quality, service, and lack of hustle. I was told they were out of sweet tea so I chose lemonade. Little did I know they were serving their customers Kroger BIg K products instead. I get it if your machine is broke down, but at least serve Coke products that you advertise. Also, after taking the burger home and opening the wrapper to find out it was a sloppy mess, fries seemed like they sat in the oil too long, the Big K lemonade was flat where it set out and not kept chilled, I decided to post this to tell Rally's management that you have lost a patron and I wish you luck in staying in business at this location if you are this bad at quality, service, and convenience. Good luck to anyone who orders from this restaurant and expect to wait an ungodly amount of time in line. It will not let you give zero stars for a review but it does not deserve the one start even.

I ordered 7 sandwiches, and not a single one was made the way I requested. When I politely pointed it out, the cook seemed irritated, like it was my fault. On top of that, this Rally’s location consistently directs cars to the passenger-side oreder window—even when I don’t have a passenger and placed my order a the correct window, which is frustrating. The energy I got from the staff made me uncomfortable, and honestly, I left feeling uneasy about whether my food was handled properly. Very disappointed.

Absolute worse rallys ive had in a long time. The guy who works monday mornings has a shitty attitude towards work and customers. The food was so bad my duaghter and i couldnt eat it and i had to throw it all away. Shouldve went back and got my money for the food that went to the trash. Trash location and a trash worker.

It really depends on what time you go to this place whether or not you’re gonna have good food I ordered two simple double hamburgers. Why did one of them come with cheese as if they just had it sitting in there and they just wanted to put it in my bag then when I call no answer it’s obvious they didn’t feel like making my sandwiches so they gave me someone else’s
