The staff at this restaurant is amazing. You always get you food hot ready and fast every time. David is very excited and happy about his customers. And always makes you feel welcomed. This is my go to in Marion.

The food is great most of the time. Perfect location. Bit they definitely need to FIRE the lady that takes orders. I came here 3 times in a week and each time was the same lady with the same attitude. The first time we came through the line nobody said anything on the speaker so I said hello and her response was you have to wait we have 5 doordash orders that are before you. Well first off shouldn't you have explained that when we first pulled up. Then the other times she was mad cause she went to her car and people showed up and she was furious because she had customers. Obviously that is not the job she needs.

DO NOT GO HERE especially for milkshakes. We went to get a large + small chocolate shake. The small tasted normal but the large tasted awful and like it was full of chemicals. We didn’t drink either. So disgusting and lowkey scary!

I've always liked Rally's, but my recent experience was certainly poor. While the food was okay (burger really wasn't anything special), the service was awful. I had a mobile order and when I went to pick it up I saw something else on the menu I wanted to order and I started asking about doing a second order at the drive through speaker and was interrupted and told "nah we're not doing that. You can go back through the drive thru." Mind you, it was going to be one item and no one was behind me either. So I picked up my mobile order and just left. You guys lost a sale because I wasn't going back through again, especially when the wait to pick up my food was ridiculously long considering there were only 2 or 3 cars in front of me. Also, when I got to the window they asked for my name and I told them and then before handing me my bag they said "Are you Kristina?"...I literally just told them my name 2 seconds ago before they grabbed the bag and I also told them at the speaker too. No manners or thank yous or have a nice day or anything. Reading some other recent ratings too looks like many people are getting rude service too. It doesnt seem to be just this one employee or that they were just having a bad day, seems to be an overall issue with this location. Sad, because there's not a lot of Rally's around to just try a different location, so looks like I may just not get Rally's anymore.
