Hollie made this our favorite Red Lobster visit in Columbus ever. Hollie was quick, friendly, attentive, and phenomenal at customer service.One of our steaks was overcooked and the staff, and manager, kindly remade a new portion.These biscuits are the best in Columbus as well - fresh every time and seasoned to perfection.Such a wonderful experience beside the minor mishap and gloomy music. Highly recommend this location!

Had a great experience today at Red Lobster. Ordered their new seafood boil and it was a bit pricey and lacks flavor ever so slightly but overall very satisfied. Their biscuits are also really good :)

Gavin, has a great smile and inviting personality! Felt no pressure to hurry or order after our app. The timing of our food was great as well, staggered as you would want.Since Red lobsters restructuring the food is still just as good!!We will be back, thanks for making it a great dining experience. At Polaris there are so many places to choose from; good service can be half the dining experience.

Our server was Tendai, she was so sweet and gave great customer service. She refilled our drinks, asked about refills on bread, and was so kind. She was knowledgeable about the menu and our food came out really fast! I really enjoyed the dining experience and loved the food! I would definitely come back!

Ordered the special on Wednesday - steak and lobster. Only complaint is the size of the lobster tail - thin and small. The shrimp add-on helped to fill my grandson! We sat at the bar and received excellent service from a sweet, professional, respectful, and diligent bartender. We enjoyed our co-guest conversation; it was possible to have a conversation with the lack of noise at this location. The menu has been drastically decreased, several of our favorites have been removed. The limited menu is filled with fish while increasing prices and decreasing quantities. Many of the combo meals have been removed and fish added in place of actual desired seafood. Thank you for a military discount, all who serve can truly use a break!!
