I am absolutely appalled. Not only did we wait well over 10-15 minutes for our order but when we finally got our order it was completely wrong. We were missing a proper Burger from our order which they gave us a burger that we didn't even order in place of that. And honestly the customer service is just piss poor. I called them over five times and only once did they answer. The employee on the other line seemed highly incompetent even though I asked her for the manager's name multiple times. I had to yell. Excuse me to get her to even reply to me on the phone again. I just don't even know how to describe this experience. Other than this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any eating establishment. They refuse to give us a refund. I will be adding pictures of this sloppy looking atrocious burger that they gave us instead of the one that we actually ordered, which had two bottom buns instead of one of each. I would not recommend this Sonic to anyone.

I’m not a huge fan of sonic, but my little family is. I do like the pretzels and chilli cheese tots. We pulled up to the side and ordered. Unsure who the lady was {Hispanic possibly} she helped us. She was really sweet. Our order was wrong and she helped fix it with no issues. We were gonna leave but decided to give her a tip. So asked for her to come back out. May not have been much but I still gave it to her. We work so hard nowadays and sometimes don’t feel appreciated. I work at a place where people treat me like crap daily. So I try to show as much respect and gratitude as possible. Thank you for being patient and kind and working as hard as you do.

How are you going to get rid of the quarter pound double cheeseburger? I won't be eating at sonic anymore now. I'll just eat at home, it's healthier and cheaper anyway.

BEWARE OF THE SONIC APP AND THIS STORE!! Apparently the app isn’t made by or controlled by Sonic so restaurants have no control over orders placed through the app. IT’S THE SONIC APP!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?!?! I placed an order through the app, but the store lost power and apparently never got it and refused to make my order because they “would be short in the POS”. I had receipts and my card was charged and they refused to make the food and couldn’t do anything about canceling the order and you can’t cancel an order through the app. This is when you as a manager take the short to fix an error your company made! Otherwise it’s just straight up theft. It was the manager that denied making the food or giving a refund so she absolutely could have, but decided not to. TERRIBLE customer service and even worse app!
