First time here. Loved the concept and the burgers are tasty, fries are crispy, thin, just perfect.Don't give 5 stars because the top of my bun was cold. Staff was so friendly and place was neat clean. Milkshake was good too.

Stopped in for lunch today (11/07/24) right at opening (11am) and was so pleasantly surprised! I haven’t ate at this Steak n Shake for over a decade.. for no particular reason, just haven’t. Our food was excellent. My Frisco melt was cooked to perfection. The bread was buttery yet crispy (not soggy) and had the perfect amount of sauce. Fries were perfect too. The staff was very pleasant. The inside was super clean and inviting. Thank you for such a great fast food experience.

We had never been to a steak n shake but had heard a lot about it. Food was ok but nothing special. Service was a little slow eben with a nearly empty restaurant. I was not overly impressed Had hear a lot about the beef tallow fries but they were so over seasoned could not tell the flavor. I would say this location was on at best

We needed a quick bite before a long drive back home and stopped in to the Steak 'n Shake in Grove Ohio. Nice, clean, great staff and the food was delicious 😋 Like omg delicious 😋 I want to have more! We had the garlic burgers, fries and shakes. I had birthday cake, he had cookie dough. Both were amazing 👏 😋.Only thing we didn't like were the kiosks but idk maybe it was a little easier then waiting for a bill? Maybe kiosk helps you see more accurately what you're about to spend?Either way, I highly recommend this steak 'n shake location. We were traveling through, but if we happen through that way again then that's where we are going to eat! ✨️✨️✨️

The restaurant was nice, very clean. Was surprised to see digital menus to order.My disappointment is the size of the milkshake. So much smaller, and like many places, no options in sizes. Which is surprising for a place known for "shakes" as their name indicates.
