★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been coming to this og Smith location since it opened. Last night was my first night back in a bit, I’ve been going to the Nomad & Lincoln Square locations and it was exceptional!I had the shrimp cocktail as a starter and it was absolutely delicious. Next was the Filet Mignon with melted blue cheese and salad which was phenomenal. Of course had to get the fries as a side, since they’re my favorite in the city.So happy I revisited this location, it’s in great shape and also the staff was so welcoming and my server was wonderful.
August 17 · Brian HarasekExactly what I look for in a nice place to get out of the heat and have a bite. The food is a bit pricey for what it is, but this is Manhattan. Service was great and food was absolutely stellar!
July 16 · Jeremy PearsonSolid lunch spot with great food and outstanding service. The crispy calamari was a standout - easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
June 26 · Dilan AGot the mac n cheese and it was everything that I hoped it was. Lots of good flavors in there. Very tasty. Easy to pick up take out orders, easy to order online. This place has some really good smelling for when I stopped in. Definitely want to come back for a full meal!!!
May 11 · Tony PigeonIt’s been two weeks and I still dream about the two delectable sides I had at The Smith. Located on Third Avenue above Sugar Mouse between 19th and 11th Streets, Aaron and I went to have a little bite late in the night after Jazz. I chose two sides of Brussels Sprouts and the Jalapeno Cheddar Grits. Aaron chose the Roasted Tomato Soup. Bread was put on the table and smeared with butter whetted my appetite. The dish of Brussels sprouts had a Green Goddess dressing, herbs and pink peppercorns. It was bursting with flavor and each bite with a spoonful of the heavenly grits sent me straight to heaven. The jalapeño flavored the grits but didn’t overpower the taste. Aaron’s soup was fine but small in comparison to mine and he too found my choices superb. As he was still hungry, we decided to share the 9-Layer Devil’s Food Cake with mascarpone mousse and cocoa nibs. Both plates were polished clean ! Our server, Gabriela Barrett, was attentive and friendly. Some customers were still dining. A clean large restroom was located at the back of the restaurant.
