TownHall Reviews
The options for Vegan and Gluten Free is amazing! First time here and we will definitely be back.So many more items on the menu to try.Get the Bang Bang sauce to substitute the sauce on the TownHall veggie burger if you are making it vegan.Worth a stop especially since they are attentive to your food requests for allergies.
Jul 01, 2025 · Molly & Jaren GarciaWe went here for the first time tonight and it might be the best restaurant we've tried in Columbus so far! They were super accommodating for my food allergies (dairy and egg) and can accommodate for other allergies/preferences too! They had quite a lot of vegan options! The sweet potato skins are absolutely amazing with the pork belly on top! We couldn't even tell that the blueberry cake was vegan! We will definitely be back! Service was so friendly and super fast! It was a little noisy in the evening (not an issue for us at all!!) But take that into consideration if you are noise sensitive.
May 29, 2025 · Lindsey FrazierFirst time visiting Townhall. The environment is incredible! It's very natural, inviting and relaxing. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We had the Lavender Lemonade, Hibiscus Limeade, Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Truffle Fries, and the Mediterranean Salad with Pulled Chicken. The drinks and food tasted delicious. Unfortunately, both of us ended up with some unpleasant GI effects after our meal. We didn't eat the same thing, so it could be a reaction to the allulose used to sweeten the drinks. I would go back to try other items on the menu, but will avoid the allulose sweetened drinks.
May 27, 2025 · Michelle Christine, RN CNHPI admit this is a truncated review because I only popped by for a quick beer before a Browns game during their brunch service. The place was wall to wall though, showing the popularity of the venue, and the food I saw looked good. The servers and bartenders were nice, especially considering how busy they all were. And the ambiance of the place was very warm and inviting. Would definitely like to go back and try the food on another occasion.
Jan 18, 2025 · Marcus BarkleyI don't see any policies about dress code. People were wearing jean shorts and all kinds of regular clothes that didn't look fancy at all. The Doorman stated we couldn't come in because we had on matching camouflage color pants and that this was a high class place. We may look young but we were definitely much older than half the college students in here. We are not rich but we spend top dollar everywhere we go and we ALWAYS tip good. How disturbing that was, what a way to treat potential customers. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family not to come here at all.Glad that someone reached out to me about my review. She was nice and professional, she explained that there is no dress code here and assured me that she would handle the situation in a positive manner and alert the rest of the staff so this does not happen again. She offered to make us a reservation or give us a gift card, and that was very nice of her. However, I am disappointed that we were a victim of someone's personal discrimination.
