I love the burgers I come in about once every month but today on Sunday I came just as the place opened. I was not greeted as I walked to the order register the front counter lady just went around the corner like she couldn’t be bothered with us. The cook came out to tell us they were out of tots he was smiling and friendly but again the lady at counter was not friendly. When we asked for our drinks she snidely said I’m getting to it. There was 3 people together using the kiosk when the cashier helped me. 2 people at the 2nd restaurant beside it that turned out they were the same restaurant. The cashier i give an A +++ she was very nice and pleasant. The cooks were all busy doing work , they get a gold star as well. The rest of the people need fired or retrained. I stood there waiting 20min to get my order. I watched as the food sat on the counter in the back. My fries were soggy by the time the red head that was flopping her ponty tail everywhere and telling everyone they were closed even though the casino announced several times they were open for another hour. The girl (tank top girl) that was putting food on the second counter disappeared and noone else seemed to be able to move the food to the front until she returned. Then when they seen me snap a pic of my receipt the red head then asked for it even though she was allowing others to keep their receipts.The cashier and cooks are the only reason this review gets stars.

This is one place I had been trying to experience for some time. I ordered the our burger (Paul signature burger) and a side of fries with a Carmel shake. It did not disappoint. The burger was seasoned just right, At first apperance I thought it needed more of that government cheese, but it wasn't bad with the amount on the sandwich. The fries was softly fried but not bad. The only disappointment was when i bit into the sandwich halfway through and the tomato still had the stem on top of it. Please remind the chef to not place that part of the tomato on the sandwich so the enjoyment would be complete.

On 6/20/25 Me and my husband could had chosen any Restaurant but we chose Wahlburgers Columbus, Great Fish Sandwich , Great Pickles the fries were cold and was ask for them to be remade once I received them they were cold and looked like the bottom of the bag of fries I was already done with my sandwich at that point I no longer wanted them but hubby eats anything lol, The Spicy Wahlrita an excellent Cocktail, Overall we Enjoyed ourselves. Took our order and was very familiar with the menu and describe the food in the way that you want everything on the menu, Great Service, Clean Restaurant, just cold fries ruined my whole meal

Most pathetic onion rings I’ve ever seen. Super slow service, but cashier was friendly. Pretty sure they just gave us crispy onions for the top of a burger and called them onion rings.
