Is this the same Wendy’s owned by the orginal store at Nassau St moved to this new spot? I don’t recognize the people there seems to be all new staff. I was there twice around 7:30pm not a busy night a few people waiting. I noticed about 6 people working in the back and it looked very disorganized. One lady maybe she is the manager doing most of the work. The other workers standing around doing small things but not fulfilling customers orders. I waited 20 plus minutes for my order. They seem to be so slow that it is pissing people off. With the new store I was hoping that people know their role and do a better job to get peoples orders quickly. I will hold off going back after two experiences it is so slow

Rochelle is the best. Reviewers gotta give this staff a chance, it’s a new Wendy’s and a new team. The customer service is through the roof. The clientele was not the kindest to them and they still had a smile on their faces right before closing cleaning and assisting guests. Clean tables clean floors and clean kitchen! Fast food is still fast even if it’s not out in thirty seconds. Thank you Rochelle and to the other staff closing on 8/17 🫶

Just because this location is brand new doesn't make it better. Unlike the now-closed Nassau Street location, this one has a fraction of the seating, less natural light, and no individual tables. You can't really go with a group here.The food is, of course, just as consistent as it is across the entire chain, but make sure you check your order to ensure nothing is missing. Staff must be all new here.
