They do a good job and everything but every time I go through the drive thru, it takes them like 5 minutes to say anything at all. They don’t reply if you try to get their attention unless you raise your voice. It’s a little frustrating… otherwise it’s still a good location.

Workers argued with my husband that we didn't have an order when he had the receipt on the app. Worker spoke no English was very hostile. Did not get the large drink we ordered and was 1 sandwich short. Took 45 minutes to not get everything we paid for. Dinning room had several methed out people loitering in the corner high as a kite, and several more standing around the door with there pitbulls.

Asked for ice for our drinks, manager JAMES response to the question was that he didn't do drugs, very unprofessional and extremely rude! Im just here trying to get food for my family, nobody was war8ng any gloves while handling food after taking orders and touching counter tops.. We did not get any ice, was told they was out.

Serving the best quality food is quite an understatement! Our fries were colder than it was outside. We went around and asked for fresh fries, kindly. After a 20 minute wait they came back with the same fries still cold.We let it go and went home. That's when we found out the burgers were still half frozen. Completely ruined our dinner for the late night and pretty much stole my money. The manager laughed at us and wouldn't help at all. Horrible ownership!! Shouldn't be allowed to own a Wendy's.
