★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fantastic dining experience at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Tribeca!Started with the seafood tower was fresh and delicious. Sides were on point: crispy fries, creamy mashed potatoes, and buttery spinach. Finished strong with their apple strudel topped with ice cream and a healthy dose of schlag!Classic New York steakhouse vibes and everything hit just right. Will definitely be back…
August 02 · jeff kovatchWe had a lunch last week. 4 people. (East Asians)The food was great. All of us were satisfied with the food and atmosphere. We had a conversation in Korean. The server might think we would not speak English fluently or do not understand the tip culture properly. We were wiling to pay the proper amount of tip (20%) as we leave the place. However, the server pointed his finger on the receipt to force us to pay the tip. That was so rude.If you think about the price of the service, that kind of incident should not happen. It would be nice if we can receive proper apology from the restaurant.
May 31 · Sanghyun KimFirst time here and I must say I was impressed with everything. Had reservations and got seated promptly. I got the rib eye- med rare and it was done to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese was good, it could've used a bit more salt/pepper. The cream spinach was ridiculously fresh and done well. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed that. I'm trying that tomahawk next!
June 29 · Michael CMy friend who is visiting me from syracuse wanted to have a steak in Wolf Gang steak. One of the worst experiences for me and my friend. The bread they served is not fresh. The butter is frozen. I asked the waiter to get room temp butter he refused. My friend’s steak is dry and tasteless. My salmon, I ordered medium rare came well done with not fully cleaned. They don’t give any sides so we ordered steak fries and mashed potatoes. Huge portion came. They think it’s steak fries but these are French fries. I don’t believe they know the difference. Wolf Gang- you need to eat yourself !
June 26 · Aafaque AkhterDining here was a mixed experience. The atmosphere was lively and the service pleasant, but the food left a bit to be desired. I had a cocktail, which was well-crafted and honestly the highlight of the evening.I ordered the filet mignon with a side of mashed potatoes—surprisingly, the side wasn’t included and came at an extra cost. The mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting, but the steak was on the dry side. The sauce helped, but it didn’t quite make up for the lack of flavor.Overall, not a terrible dining experience, but food-wise it didn’t stand out. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.
