Oh wow!!! what an awesome concept! Build your own sushi!!The staff was very friendly and helpful in making suggestions as well.They do have outdoor seating, and the fountain in the courtyard provides a view and ambient sound, however, be mindful of hot summer days if you're deciding to sit outside.

The food here is really good! I had a crab bowl with a kale and rice base and tons of different toppings and sauces. Great portion size for a reasonable price. We got recommended by people in the area to try this place and they were right. Tons of make your own options with many different protein choices. Very filling and tasteful lunch.

FUSIAN is amazing. The staff there were so friendly and fun, made our experience even more enjoyable. The food was really nice too. Tried to add mango in the roll and it tasted good. Will be back!

It some sort of new to me, it is a place where you can make your own sushi/maki the same way like you making a bowl in “chipotle” and other fast foods. The portions are big and full of fish. I like it for healthy ingredients, which feel light and nourishing.
