Hardee’s is absolutely an amazing burger brand. I really like its fresh and juicy Star burgers. I tried their fried chicken tenders here. Their hand-breaded chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, but a little salty. The dipping sauce was decent. The chicken wraps were plain, which were wrapped fried chicken tenders with little cheese and veggies. This store was clean. Service was friendly but a little slow.

Tenders look and tasted recooked. I I ordered a platter and didn’t get everything that came with it. Also items was missing and the light skin girl acted like it was issue when she didn’t give me my items. I was over charged. Food was cold and sloppy and threw all over the bag. Amazing customer service. The young lady and the gentleman at the window smiled, suggested things on the menu to order, was very pleasant, and my food was hot and fresh. Wow, what a great experience. I came to this location expecting to get a platter. Usually if I come around 2 o’clock, the experience is great but the evening staff sucks. They told me they were out of toast so I didn’t even get the platter. So I asked her if I could get a drink or upsize my fries And she told me now so I just ended up getting something small. She has dreadlocks. She’s rude, unpleasant and she lacks customer service. I will never come here in the evening again. The morning crew is so much better.

Paid $8 to throw away my lunch because they put cheese on the burger when I asked for it to be removed. I have a milk allgery so the burger is useless to me.
