I can say its a decent place,they have few tables to dine in. They have self counter and also a cashier which is nice.. you can see in the counter the ingredients of their food,you see how they prepare your food on the spot. Inordered chicken avocado wrap. Its taste good but more better if they can toast/ they have toasted the wrap and additional spice flavor for a small kick.Cashier were busy talking and chitchattingPrice are decent,menu selections were good. Will try to come back next week to try their bowls

All the people in here posting bad reviews for the service were clearly in search of the wrong thing. This is a pickup spot for a sandwich in NYC and that’s exactly what it delivers. Lots of options, fast, and tasty. I got the veggie sandwich and thought it was excellent. The 7 grain bread was delicious.

I fell in love with Lenwich for their Caesar wraps and stellar customer service that I am normally graced with. However, moving forward, I will never step foot in this location and I don't know if I will ever support Lenwich again! In the past (literally last two weeks) I shopped at this Lenwich location prior and I always spend close to $20-$30. They always give me butter to go with the free bread rolls and told me that this is complimentary.Today, I decided I wanted a muffin with a side of cream cheese. After the outrageous cost of $2 for a little side of cream cheese, I asked them to remove the charge and forget the side of cream cheese. There was an endless array of complimentary bread rolls. I asked for the complimentary butter on the side and Tracy decided to step to the side and whisper to her fellow co-worker, next thing I know, she added a random charge for the butter that is supposed to be complimentary. It wasn't expensive but it was more the principle of why are you charging me for something complimentary?When I asked why I was being charged, she said, "my coworker told me to charge you." After explaining multiple times that I frequent this location and this is abnormal and discriminatory treatment because I've been told numerous times that it is a complimentary treat, I asked to speak to the manager to see if this is a new policy. Rigo came over after chuckling with his staff about the situation. I explained my confusion and told him that this is the first time that I've ever heard of such a thing and he said, "you expect me to give you free bread and free butter, isn't the bread enough?" I was appalled at the audacity of the manager. I told him that this is discrimination and that I am going to report them. I am an African American woman who has supported Lenwich and this is completely disappointing. I guess I didn't spend enough money to qualify for free complimentary butter to go with my complimentary bread roll.I was going to ask for a refund for the muffin, as I no longer wanted to give them a dime of my money. After asking for their names, Rigo stretched his name out on the apron like he was proud to get reported. This customer service is absolutely degrading and Lenwich will never see another dollar from me. Every customer, no matter their skin complexion matters and the fact that I got treated so poorly after being a frequent customer at this location is completely disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!

Wildly serviceable food. I’ve never in my life had chewy and stringy chicken salad. But if one needs a sandwich, it will do.

Wow! All the sandwiches prices raised. I just had Lenwitch sandwich. Tastes was same only price changed
