Disappointing experience at McAlister's Deli. My chicken Caesar wrap was drenched in dressing—completely inedible. The tables were dirty, and the staff came off as rude and uninterested. Definitely not the standard I expected, and I won’t be returning

I like that they had some healthier choices to choose from somebody that is struggling with a medical condition. It speaks volume that you're able to find something that You can eat around.The staff was friendly. They were knowledgeable. They were helpful. They bring the food to your table. I have no complaints.. you should definitely check them out

I’ve brought my mom here a few times for lunch. It’s nice to spend this time with her as she ages. The food was tasty and well portioned. I didn’t care for the chicken and dumpling soup, but I’ll just avoid that in the future. Their shareable nachos are good. The club sandwich is good. The Turkey jelepeno crunch sandwich was tasty. Their Mac and cheese tastes like KFC Mac and cheese. The potato salad nice. The strawberry lemonade is refreshing. My mom likes the Reuben and their horseradish sandwiches. She can only eat half and takes home the other half. The service is top quality. My only complaint is that it’s usually too cold inside when we eat. I need to remember to bring a sweater for my mom. If I’m cold, then she definitely is cold. 🥶

First time to visit. Had seen the restaurant a few weeks ago. Looked them and their offerings seemed to be to my taste.Amanda a cashier was very helpful explaining the menu other particulars and why to get the app. Filled it out while in line receiving a free large ice tea. Hint….fill it out before you get there so as not to hold up the line.Had a Ruben and as a side the tomato cucumber salad. Very tasty. Filling and enjoyable. Nice clean facility. The manager came by to ask all customers how things were. A nice touch.

The meat was fresh, but the bread was chewy and stale. Half toasted bread, hard, chewy and couldn't eat the crust and the sandwich was sad. I got the signature club and I could have done a better job at home. It looked like a child put it together and 15$ a sandwich. No selection on chips only 4 nasty flavors of kettle chips. Who eats those any ways, eat too hard.
