I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. Around 1 PM, I saw a staff member hotboxing the bathroom — completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, especially in a place that serves food. On top of that, the workers were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs.The lobby was filthy: trash on the floors, tables not cleaned, and an overwhelming smell of grease and old food. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom — absolutely disgusting.

I've been using the McDonald's App to hopefully get things faster...alas one time I spent 8 minutes waiting for an iced coffee forgotten at the third window. Another time I had one patty on my son's double quarter pounder. Completely missed the free 10-piece nugget I redeemed. It's making me rethink the app and where I go for fast food. Sigh ... Also the app will show things out at certain stores and I can't order them. But then I ask the cashier and they say "that's weird, we have it". This might be the first time I've actually been disappointed in McDonald's. We ordered a Bacon Big Mac meal, Happy Meal, and two apple pies. For my Big Mac, I'll tell you the bacon on the sandwich did not enhance the experience. I'd rather have a normal Big Mac. The bread kept breaking apart on me as well. It was literally deteriorating in my hands. The fries were fresh and tasted fine. The employee who brought out our food even warned us that they were hot. Their Sprite Mix Tropic Berry drink was by far the best thing I had. Our apple pies were...off. My wife even said she thought there was something different (or wrong) with them. My wife got a fat free and sugar free cappuccino and she said it was really good.All in all, not awful but not good good either.Not CCW friendly (even though their anti-gun sign is not correct)
