People begging inside and out, not McDonalds fault BUT it’s 90 degrees outside and the soda machine not having ice and the ice cream machine being “out of service” i.e Needs to be cleaned IS their fault. Some of the beggars actually try to buy your receipt or pick up discarded ones after you picked up your order and say they never got their food 😕😒

I ordered ordered via McDonald's app on February 3rd, 2025 at 4:44 am. The app showed this McDonald's near me is 24 hours. When I went to pick up my order, the establishment was closed. I managed to talk to an employee who stated the McDonald's will open at 7 am. I have been calling McDonald's customer service about my refund. The representatives there would tell me the situation, as well as my request, would be handled with the area supervisor. A few hours later, I received an email from Jesus Placencio asking me for my address to send my reimbursement through the mail. I refuse the option of a mail-in reimbursement, and ask for my refund to be placed on my card I paid with. I never received a response after that. I have been ignored by Jesus Placencio as well. It is the 28th of February, and I still do not have my refund. I have contacted the BBB about this matter.
