This beautiful lady at the drive-through is a doll. Ms. Joan❤️ Update. All popeyes wings have ghost pepper sauce. A lot of people like me. Can no longer eat spicy foods. So I didn't get anything from popeyes. This man told us. That all of the wings. Have ghost peppers sauce.

Great shop..untill today ..went through the drive Thur and order a 3 piece chicken with two sides .the 3 piece consists of a wing .a leg and a thigh for almost 15 dollars..Na not again..

I love Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich and visited this Columbus location to get one. The chicken was very good but the place was run down, soda machine was flat, staff seemed busy but hardly anyone there. Overall disappointing experience.

i had ordered through the drive thru, terrible experience, the customer service was bad the bald headed lady with naps and blonde hair was rude as hell (she works at the drive thru) she doesn’t listen properly i told her large sprite no ice she gave me one with ice and told me i didn’t say no ice at the menu (i did btw) and told me she couldn’t make me a new one won’t be coming back please avoid this location they lack professionalism and also my chicken sandwich is small as hell please y’all avoid this spot let them go out of business
