It's always a bad experience at the drive thru. Loaded fries not loaded. Burger hard. Will be contacting them soon.

I was at the drive thru at 12am ordered my food and when I got to the window to finish my order cause she was very rude and said she couldn't hear me. I had asked if I could substitute my fries for chili cheese fries and got no response but a total for my order. So I repeated my question about my fries and was followed with "I said I your total is $13.98". Now that doesn't tell me my answer but she very rudely made sure I knew that she made it a chili cheese fry. Before she gave my order to me I asked her if they still sell funnel cake fries and her response was "yes, but I'm not taking add ons at this windows because I am way too busy". There were no other cars in either drive thru at the time. And even if there were, there is no excuse for not making a sale.and better yet as we pull up to park and eat she comes walking out the side door and sits at the table to smoke what looks like a blunt and play on her phone and did so for at least 15 minutes. Sounds like she was real busy to me. As a restaurant that is known for staying open late the customer service has never been worse than it is now! Thank God for a better result in food. And now I'll be going back through the drive thru to get my funnel cake fries. DO BETTER RALLYS!! If you don't like your job in customer service then go find a different one. There are plenty of jobs out there not serving the public!

Food wasnt ready when we got there for a pick up order so we waited. One of the staff brought the food to us!! I was expecting to have to go back through the drive through again and wait but they were super AWESOME!!!

I go there at night. The guy that works the drive thru is nice. Good customer service. But the fries and bacon are always way over cooked. Damn near burnt. And you can taste that the grease it’s cooked in is old.

The staff were nice, and allowed customers to walk up to take an order.It was the food that was disappointing. The fries were not that hot, which makes them taste under seasoned. Plus for a Small - a penny from $3.00.The Big Buford which is a family favorite tasted bland, with little to no tomato or lettuce. It was underwhelming.
