Roosters Reviews
Walked in to place my to-go order and the staff up front was very nice. Ordered the Traditional Wings, 10 wings, 1 flavor (Korean BBQ) with blue cheese. The wings were savory and crispy. Enjoyed every last one.
Dec 07, 2024 · Philippe PaulCame here for lunch with the family. Had to wait for a table, which isn't an issue since we are a family of five and the place is small. Service was good, and the kids enjoyed the food they got. I tried the wings but didn't like the amount of breading on them. Maybe next time, I'll try a pizza or even onion rings if they have any.

Jul 16, 2025 · Tina LynnWe had a party of six kids. And two adults. Ava B was our server. She had the worst attitude and body language with us. She told my friend she could speak up when she requested Ava to come closer to her. She didn’t hear the order right bc it came out wrong. She had a problem coming closer to her to place her order but we observed her real close and personal with all the older men in the building. She would damn near be in the seat next to them to place their order. We talked to a manager but who knows how that conversation went. And all the host from the front desk was so nosey that wanted to hear what the compliant was. Just for them to talk about us amongst themselves. LIKE WE CANT HEAR OR SEE YALL TALKING ABOUT US. She didn’t even drop off kid color mats or crayons. I had to go get them off the front desks. We know how to tip just like the men she’s super friendly with. But she got no tip out of us bc her attitude. And myLoaded tots had blond hair in them. It was underneath all the toppings. So i ate through half before it was visible. She took it off the table but didn’t asks if i wanted a new one or not. She took it off my bill. But i would have been cool with a replacement of a half serving. Other than that. The food was good. And fresh. I understand they are younger. But they do need to stay professional. And maybe treat all their customers like we are men apparently that gives you the upper hand on better attentive customer service and guarantees a smile positive body language.
