May 15 · EWhat a wonderful spot! Definitely a hidden gem.Went for dinner on a Saturday night and it was very surprising that we were the only group there -- but it was kind of nice.It was such a personal experience where the chef is talking and explaining the process, the fish, and everything all while making and serving fish. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. I never felt like I was waiting very long before courses. Best sushi omakase I've ever had. It was very traditional and the really let the fish speak for itself. Will definitely be coming back :)
August 11 · H PAmazing omakase experience with quite a few pieces I never had before. All of the sushi was perfectly fresh and a pleasure to taste. The appetizers are large portions and made the dining experience a unique one. Prices are normal for a high end omakase. Even dessert was well executed.
June 14 · Katie MeltserWow. Such an incredible meal — we’ve been to probably more than 20 Omakases last year and are SO impressed by the quality and level of service. First, the chef really cares about educating and introducing you to new types of fish. The waitresses had an iPad they use to show you photos of the fish you’re eating which I loved! We had white shrimp here (the first time in NYC) and it was SO good. The restaurant is also very peaceful and the sake selection is fantastic. And omg there was this fish soup at the beginning which just hit the spot. Not overly fishy, but just perfectly balanced. I would go back just for that soup.
February 05 · Yuan HuangThe food was great. Classic omakase experience with high quality materials. All staffs were very patient as people ran late for the reservation. And late minute change to the group size was also well accommodated by serving extra portion. Highly recommend omakase instead of the dining table!
