sweetgreen Reviews
I have been writing to Sweetgreen for years to open a Columbus location, and i was so happy that it finally happened. I have had it in several other cities and it is always my go-to spot for a quick lunch or dinner. Sadly, this Sweetgreen location has been nothing short of disappointing. This location consistently under-portions their bowls. I feel like they are taking advantage of customers and it is very upsetting. I feel like the staff is trained to be extremely stingy with toppings/proteins etc. And the sides -- they give you 3 potatoes and fill up a 4th of the container. Pictures for my review from my order last night -- i asked for double sweet potatoes, 2x chicken, and they left off the other topics i asked. The sweet potato side was $5 -- look how empty the container is. And they forgot my honey mustard sauce. I paid $26 for this. Embarrassing. And if you order delivery?? Wow -- they will really make sure to not give you the food you pay for and take advantage of the fact that you are not there to call them out on it. I cannot tell you the amount of times i have ordered an $18 bowl with a $5 side and it had to order takeout from somewhere else bc it was such little food. I am extremely disappointed and hope that they get it together. I will be sticking with Brassica, Rebol and other places in town that actually provide value for their price.
Mar 25, 2025 · lauren krauseI was excited about trying this healthy restaurant until it finally arrived. Warm bowl? It was cold! Chopped steak? No where. And the portion for the price? Don't even bother. And don't bother asking for a refund. This place is a joke and a waste of property space. Also, avoid the green goddess dressing, it's only green mayonnaise. 🤣
Apr 25, 2025 · Abby DaleySo I always order from Sweetgreen. Love love but today the meat was terrible. It doesn’t matter if I order the uber eats or DoorDash. To pay 20 something dollars for a warm bowl with extra steak and my food gets delivered and my steak is dry dry dry like the Sahara desert. This steak has been sitting out drying all day, this is crazy. I will be down there tomorrow and hopefully get my bowl replaced or funds on my app. Thank you
Jul 04, 2025 · Kendra HollowayI enjoyed my Steak Chophouse salad. I thought everything was quite tasty. My fiancée on the other hand did not like his Caramelized Steak Protein plate. It was very bland looking and underwhelming. When we went it was pretty busy. But we didn’t wait long in line. The employees seemed a little overwhelmed but were kind.Beautiful building and restaurant, lots of natural light. Very clean as well.
Sep 09, 2024 · Brooke PI can feel that Sweetgreen is a very healthy restaurant as soon as I step in their clean dining room with fresh greens in the kitchen. There were several seats for working or chatting with power outlets. Service was good and WiFi was fast. However, their power bowls were pricey and many items were charged. It was a little weird to mix cold fresh salads, and hot rice base and proteins together. Proteins were also pricey. Cooked sweet potato and mushroom sides counted as protein and had to be paid. I got the mushroom which tasted terribly sour. I liked their free apple pieces. They did not serve tap water, so I had to buy their bottled water.Their salad was decent, but I would like to buy cheaper salad bowls at the same type of restaurant, like Roots or Brassica.
