Upon arrival, we stood for what seemed 5 minutes and watched the crew work on orders without even being acknowledged. Once she finally meandered to the register, it was a staring contest. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to blurt out my order or wait for her to activate the register or what. After seeing three other customers of color get their order from the employees of color, my family's order finally came out. I ordered my regular burger with cheese, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. It came with everything. I took it back. She came back out THREE times to ask what I wanted on it. When I finally got it and returned to the table, I figured I'd better check my baked potato since the burger was such a challenge. I ALWAYS order a baked potato with butter and cheese. Butter must cost Wendy's about a hundred dollars a pound because I never get any. I have long since given up on any Wendy's having the intelligence to get one order correct. I'm surprised by a different result to the same order at the one I go to in Zanesville, too.

This is hilarious, let me just walk you through what happened.I pull up to the drive thru, i placed my order ahead of time and I let the girl over the drive thru know I’m here for an order. She goes completely silent for what feels like 5-7 minutes and I can’t just leave cause I already paid for my food.After that time she just goes “Pull around, just pull around, pull around” so I pull around to the first window. She sassily tells me “To the second window!” So i do, and I’m so confused.The lady at the second window asks me my order name so i tell her, she finds an order with my initials and gives it to me. She then scolded me telling me “you HAVE to give the initials, thats how we do it here” she handed me the bag and said have a good night. I ask her where my drinks at and tells me straight up theres no drinks to my order. I knew i wasn’t gonna get anywhere arguing with them so i just left.I get home and lo and behold, they gave me the wrong order because they thought i was a DoorDash driver.Literally the worst wendy’s i’ve been to service-wise, just spend another 5 minutes driving to any other wendy’s where there seems to be better management.Another story, i went there one night and they told me they aren’t taking any more orders because they were switching shifts. As someone who’s worked in fast food, bruh, you can’t be serious

This location is truly terrible. They’re always out of food, always ending breakfast early and incredibly slow no matter the time of day. Today was the icing on the cake for me. This is the second time I’ve ordered breakfast from them and was not able to receive it. They held several cars in line for 15+ minutes until breakfast was over and while in line, I see on the app that it says my order had been picked up. After getting to the speaker and telling them about my wait and that my order says it’s been picked up, they say there’s nothing else to be done and to come inside and check. I am on my lunch break and don’t have time to go back and forth with them on a 30-minutes break. I know many people who drive by this location just to go to ANY other Wendy’s, and this is definitely my last time even thinking about going there.
