The food at this Wendy's was good, but the staff was not friendly and the service, although fast, made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for mayonnaise because I had bought several hamburgers and nugets and fries and they had only given me two, they didn't want to give me even one more.... What's happening is my question, maybe a small packet of extra mayonnaise is too much. But what bothered me the most was the attitude.

It took 3 attempts to get our order right at the 1st window. But hey, people have bad days or maybe there was an issue inside that the employee was trying to multi-task and deal with? BUT when I did not receive a receipt with my order, BOTH of our drinks were NOT given to us, and MOST IMPORTANTLY???¿ I WAS GIVEN SPICY NUGGETS WITH MY BIGGIE BAG INSTEAD OF REGULAR (I HAVE A TONGUE LACERATION SO (THINK salt on open wound) I'm late taking my step daughter to a concert, but ill be back for my refund!!!

Stopped by Wendy’s today for lunch, and unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The frist cashier sounded uninterested and unwilling to help, making the ordering process feel unwelcoming. Customer service is such a crucial part of the dining experience—employees represent the brand, and a positive attitude makes all the difference. While the food was fine, the lack of engagement from the staff made the visit disappointing. I hope the team emphasizes better service in the future, as small efforts in communication can improve the customer experience."*

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location, it used to be not so welcoming or clean, employees weren’t the nicest, always forgetting something. I was in the neighborhood the other day so my kids and I decided to give it another chance. I have to say that this location has turned around, I was very pleased with our visit. They’ve done a complete 360. The atmosphere was and moral of the team was a very nice experience. I will be returning. Thanks for listening! Good job team!

I ordered the apple pecan salad. It's my usual. Missing blue cheese crumble. Went there 3 days ago. They didn't have any of the apple pecansalads or baked potatoes I had to drive 20 mins out of my way to another store to get what I wanted. I can't understand why the restaurant would fix it what happened to these restaurants anymore ?
