I've been going to this Wendy's for a long time and I must say it never disappoints. I feel like it's one of the best ones in Columbus. I recently went on Saturday and my Dave's double was to perfection. It was hot and the veggies were fresh! Shout out to the staff at Wendy's for your exceptional food service management. It means a lot to actual get fast food and it's taste good. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for a while because I live nearby. I’ve been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and I have to leave a review because this location NEVER lets me down. My food is always fresh and hot, and all of their staff have PHENOMENAL customer service, all times of the day. I’m very happy I live close to this location. I have 4 kids, so I spend a lot of money when I come, and I do not feel bad about it because of how consistent they are with giving me great results. Here’s my kudos to you all, THANK YOU!

Best burger from Wendy's in a while. Can someone go to the Wendy's on high Street by North Broadway and show them how to make a sandwich and show them how to talk to customers. I haven't ate at this restaurant in a while I'm coming back to this one only right now

They don’t pay attention to detail. The bad thing about this restaurant is a put on sandwiches not even supposed to be on it. You’re not supposed to have onions on your spicy chicken sandwich, but you can’t tell this store that contact corporate through the surveys and nothing ever gets done, I don’t think I’m going back to the store anymore. I’ve complained almost every time I go there because. They’ll add stuff the customer doesn’t want and they don’t care if they cared they would pay attention to detail.
