This place was HORRIBLE. When we walked in, took the guy a minute or 2 just to take us to our table. When we got there, it took the waiter another 5 minutes to come and ask for our drinks. Then we ordered, and she acted like she couldn’t even hear what my mom wanted. She had to keep asking us to make sure it was right. And then for the cherry on top, we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. Despite the waiter walking past us a few times. We left while slamming the door

Food was horrible, a manager served me and was cold as ice. I ordered blueberry pancakes with blueberries inside and on a the side, also had two eggs over medium. I was shocked when the pancakes came out. They look like pancakes from the kids menu. They were so small and flat it was unbelievable. My 11 year old son would probably eat 8 of those and still want more. I was veryyyyy disappointed, I will not return.

From the minute we walked in the server just wasn't very excited to be there. She came out on the phone texting then seated is and just didn't seem very excited. The food was okay, but was pretty bland and I felt honestly like they purchase their own microwave meals to serve in the store. Lot more live could be taken into the food and the spices etc. Didn't get a refill on a soda or coffee even though we were there for about an hour. We were never asked. I won't be coming back here and I'll be avoiding chain restaurants following the pandemic as they clearly have taken for granted their customer base.

Our server was great. He was very polite and attentive. The atmosphere is as it always is. But the food.......I ordered what I usually do at The Farm. Wild Fire Chicken Salad. But I didn't realize that they had changed it. They added spinach. NO!!! And the removed the crispy tortilla strips and replaced them with fried onions!! NO NO NO!!!! It was a terrible salad!!! 50% fried onions!!!! And the chicken was over cooked, almost burnt!!! I might have eaten half. But I doubt it. The quality of the food has gone down since the company changed hands. Too bad!! Used to love going there.

4 Canadians visiting for Stadium Series game - Saturday, March 1, 2025. Needing sustainance after a long drive. 2pm, we discovered your restaurant near our hotel. It was a great experience. The food was awesome. The server gentleman, whose name escapes me, was very personable and accommodating. Ohian people were awesome everywhere we went. Please know the experience we had was over and above what was expected. Thank you.
