So this is totally crazy. I just went to the Jack in the Box on Navigation and left a complaint basically concerning how most of the time between the hours of 3am-5am they always have an excuse as to why they can’t serve the customer.I come to this Jack in the Box location and THE EXCUSE I’m told is, they are only taking cash (ok no problem) but get this. They are working on the grill. 😬 This is totally bizarre. The hell with Jack I’m going to Whataburger or MCDonalds. At least they don’t have a million excuses as to whythey can’t serve their customers.

Saturday my Uber Eats order was incorrect, I chalked it up to chance and got a credit. Ordered the same item the next day and they did the exact same thing they did the night before.
