Went through the drive through, the lady who took my order was polite and cheery. The lady who gave me my order was also polite and cheery. It is rare to go through a drive through and see genuinely happy people working. My order was correct and fresh. 20 piece nugget with large fries and a large drink. Got my buffalo sauce too. Didn't get any ketchup,but it was still good.

The people here seem to be very nice but they did nothing but get order after order wrong. Everybody was coming inside to get a correction, people getting handed the wrong things, things missing. I was so surprised because I counted five people having their order wrong, and I thought for sure that when I came up, it was just some sort of fluke some sort of coincidence, but sure enough everything for my order was wrong as well. I was surprised to see a guy get offered something else because they only had a couple cookies, when it only takes a couple minutes to bake them. Could have just said that will it be a couple minutes. Also watched a guy go up for a medium drink and they said they don't have medium, how about too Smalls? And I didn't say anything but in my head I'm like..... give the guy a large if you don't have medium cups! And then a girl that came in from the drive-thru because something was missing, and what's nice is you get to go ahead and keep anything that's wrong you know because you can't take stuff back over the counter, but dang! And then I start reading through the other reviews and it's like..... yeah this place you want to check your stuff

I placed a mobile order, when I arrived at the store, I was not allowed to pick up my mobile order since I didn’t have my phone for some reason, which also meant that they were supposed to scream at me for trying to pick up my food (apparently). And even after returning home grabbing my phone, and returning to the resturaunt, they still were having issues with my order. Eventually the gm came to the window and had to rearing my order. I asked him why they didn’t just fix it the first time when obviously it wasn’t a phone issue as now I had my phone and he couldn’t answer me, and then I asked him why I was being yelled at for trying to pick up my food, and he told me because I didn’t have my phone and asked me to pull up to the next window. It smelled like sewer outside the restaurant. The parking lot was empty and there were no cars waiting in the drive-thru. I placed a mobile order and waited 5 minutes for them to take my order, which they never did. So I drove up to the window. Then I waited another 5 minutes for the hamburger patty to cook. It was dirty inside and the staff's uniforms were sloppy. I'm not at all surprised that there were no cars in the parking lot.

The McDonald’s on Alum Creek and Livingston is the worst! We had a mobile order, we went through the line to get our food. We were told to go wait in the parking lot We waited for 15 mins and no one came out. I finally walked to the building and the doors were locked. It wasn’t 9:00 yet a customer let me in. I got to the counter the employee didn’t say hi can I help you he said the lobby is closed. I told him I’ve been waiting in the car for 15 mins for my order. He tells me that the order just came up then tells me he would have to refund me because the order wasn’t actually started!! Horrible!
