One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They won't open the bathroom door for you until you pay. When you say: I'm not running away. Let me go to the bathroom and then order when I have the chance, they look you in the eye and say: "This is the law." So inconsiderate and rude. In a word: they don't value or respect you as a human being. Not even to the point of going to the bathroom. In the eyes of this branch, you are just bills walking around and going to go in their pockets. No customer service or ethics.

Every now and then something might be a little off, but nothing wild. You get what you expect, and that’s cool with me.Service? Pretty solid. Some workers are real chill and efficient. Others move a little slow when it’s slammed, but I can’t hate — they handle business and keep it respectful.It gets busy for sure, especially during lunch hours or weekends, but the vibe’s not bad. So I went thru and got some fries but accidentally wasted them and I was told they couldn’t make me any more. Plus when was sauce 25 cents. Both of the women gave me an attitude and so I left with no fries and a bad mood. Horrible experience for real. Night shift ain’t it!!

Date & time visited: 06/13/2025 @ 11:40pmIf I could I give this place zero stars I would. The person at the box was nice by letting us know they were only taking cash or mobile orders. That’s fine, we were just hungry and wanting something fast. Our food was given to us fast, but the service itself was slow. We placed two mobile orders and when we got to the window the person asked us what our orders were. I gave them our order numbers and they repeated themselves asking for our orders. I began to say my order number and then started to tell them what was in my order when I was rudely interrupted by the worker who said “what was the FOOD in your order?” which I went on to continue my sentence because I was actively giving them my food order. I got my bag but my friend in the passenger seat was still waiting for her food. I had to tell them again we were waiting for another bag and they shoved a soda in my face. My friend did not get a soda. I said “We didn’t order a drink” and they said “Just take it” with an attitude. We did not want the drink or have space in the car because we already had drinks. My friend then checked her bag to make sure her order was right since we were given a drink that clearly wasn’t ours. She was missing her sauce and so I let the worker know and they said it was in the bag. We checked again—no sauce. I told the worker again that there was no sauce and they said “it’s at the bottom of the bag”. Took everything out and there was no sauce. I told the worker AGAIN that there was no sauce in the bag. The worker proceeded to smirk and say it would cost 25 cents. We said we weren’t paying for it so they handed me a sauce (the wrong one) and were going to tell them more stuff was missing and they proceeded to slam the window in our face. We ended up throwing the soda away because we did not want it and who knows what they did to it, and my friends food was cold. At the end of the day, if management doesn’t manage their crew correctly then issues will continue to happen. By the looks of past and recent reviews this seems to be a trend in employee behavior that won’t get fixed any time soon. As someone with customer service experience I know that it can be gruesome, but it does not excuse poor behavior from an employee to a customer. Step up management and do better.
